The data is also stored in our back-end so we can provide a quality customer experience relating to any queries mad. We operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and/or news we supply/publish. Users can subscribe through an online automated process where they have given their explicit permission. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’ above. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service, or if not available, other means as detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. In relation to purchase activity on the site we store data in the back-end relating to customers information and purchases made, this is essential to providing the service we offer. This is all the data is used for to provide an excellent customer experience. Data such as the wish list and shopping cart can be retained in the browser and remembered for a better user experience. All of this data adheres to the 8 GDPR Rights.

We use a Third Party chat application, this is all stored in a third party application and not on site.
